These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of blockhertz.com, blockhertz.com/tools, and all related pages and services (collectively, “Blockhertz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Muhammad Asif, a sole proprietor trading as Blockhertz, based in Karachi, Pakistan.
By accessing or using Blockhertz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Section 1: Who Can Use Blockhertz
You must be at least 13 years old to use Blockhertz. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use Blockhertz with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Section 2: Our Services
Blockhertz provides:
- Blockchain development agency services — Web3 wallet solutions, blockchain network development, DePIN analytics, tokenomics design, smart contract development, and mobile dApp development, delivered as custom client engagements
- AI Architect — an AI-powered tool that generates C4 architecture diagrams from a text description of your blockchain project
- AI Auditor — an AI-powered tool that analyzes smart contract code (Solidity, Rust, Move, Vyper) and returns a security findings report
- Free and paid credit-based access tiers for the tools above, as described on blockhertz.com/tools
We may add, modify, or discontinue tools or features at any time.
Section 3: Free Usage Limits and Accounts
- Anonymous and free-account users are limited to a daily number of tool uses (currently 3 audits and 3 architecture generations per 24-hour period), enforced per IP address and/or account.
- Creating a free account lets you save your audit and architecture history to your dashboard.
- Purchasing credits or a subscription removes daily limits, as described in Section 5.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Section 4: The AI Tools — Important Limitations
- AI Architect output is a suggested architecture based on your description. It is not a guarantee of technical correctness, completeness, feasibility, or fitness for production use. You are responsible for independent review before acting on any generated architecture.
- AI Auditor output is an automated pre-audit, not a substitute for a professional manual security audit. It is designed to catch common vulnerability patterns and is not guaranteed to identify every security issue in your smart contract. Deploying a smart contract based solely on an AI Auditor report, without independent professional review, is done entirely at your own risk.
- We make no warranty, express or implied, that any AI-generated output is accurate, complete, or free of errors.
- You are solely responsible for any code, contract, or system you build, deploy, or modify based on output from our tools.
Section 5: Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments
- Credits and subscription plans are purchased through Lemon Squeezy, our third-party merchant of record, which handles payment processing, tax collection, and billing on our behalf.
- All credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once credits have been purchased, except where required by applicable law.
- Subscription plans renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled by you.
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change with notice on blockhertz.com/tools.
- It is your responsibility to review your order before completing payment.
Section 6: Your Content
- You retain ownership of any code, project description, or content you submit to our tools (“Your Content”).
- By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your requested output and to store it for 90 days per our retention policy.
- We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and we do not claim ownership over Your Content.
- You represent that you have the right to submit any code or content you provide, and that doing so does not infringe on any third party’s rights or violate any law.
- Do not submit content that is illegal, malicious (e.g., malware), or that you do not have the right to share.
Section 7: Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to circumvent free-tier usage limits through automated means, multiple accounts, or other abuse
- Use Blockhertz tools to analyze or generate architecture for illegal purposes, including fraud or the creation of malicious smart contracts
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute access to our tools without our written permission
- Use our name, logo, or branding without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these Terms.
Section 8: Agency Services
Custom blockchain development, smart contract engineering, security audits, and related agency services referenced on blockhertz.com are provided under a separate written agreement negotiated directly with the client. These Terms govern use of the website and self-serve AI tools only.
Section 9: Intellectual Property
- All content on blockhertz.com — including our logo, brand assets, tool designs, and website content — is owned by Blockhertz and protected by applicable intellectual property law.
- The underlying software, prompts, and architecture powering AI Architect and AI Auditor are proprietary to Blockhertz.
Section 10: Third-Party Services
Blockhertz relies on third-party providers including Clerk, Neon, Anthropic, Resend, Cloudinary, Upstash, Lemon Squeezy, and Vercel to operate. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling practices of these providers beyond our contractual relationship with them.
Section 11: Disclaimer of Warranties
Blockhertz and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Section 12: Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blockhertz and Muhammad Asif shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of our tools or reliance on any AI-generated output.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Blockhertz shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
Section 13: Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blockhertz and Muhammad Asif from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the tools, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Section 14: Termination
